Dr. Amy has been a fixture at Valley Vet since she came back to her hometown to work there in 1999 after graduation from vet school. As she progressed in her career, she found a special passion for dentistry because it affects so many of our companion animals and she finds it so rewarding to prevent and cure oral pain. She also has a family and a hobby farm full of all kinds of animals and gardens. In 2022 she experienced a housefire that resulted in a total loss after 21 years of settling in her home. She is now taking some time to breathe and rebuild. You will still see her around the hospital from time to time as she covers shifts to help out the hospital schedule.
